Shipping policy

★ Orders:

Once an order is placed, we aim to get it to you as soon as we can (within 14 working days from the date your order is placed). You will be notified when your order has been shipped via the email address provided, so please ensure all details are correct. 

★ ordering multiple jumpers: 

You may want to order multiple jumpers for sizing. This is perfectly ok to do as we want you to have the perfect jumoer. The return policy applies in this case.

★ Delivery of your order:

Orders are sent out using tracked and signed for via Royal Mail, so please ensure all of your contact details are correct.  If the details are incorrect, Wear the Stars does not accept responsibility for this.

★ Local pick-up:

If you order a jumoer and live locally, you’re more than welcome to collect the item. You’ll still have to choose a postage option but this will be refunded back to you.

★ International:

We do ship internationally.  To cover all zones, we charge a flat rate for International shipping.  Should the cost be less than advertised on the website, we will refund the difference.
