Complaints: Our jumpers are of the highest quality and printed/embroidered in Britain. Every item is individually printed so any variations are down to this and is not classed as an imperfection. However, should anything be wrong with your jumper, please email either: firstname.lastname@example.org

Payment and Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non refundable. Should you choose to return your order please return to: Nicola Gotthardt-Mills, 10 Grove Street, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, CV32 5AJ.
Once an order is placed, we aim to get it to you as soon as we can (within 10 days from the date your order is placed). If it is not in stock, it could take up to two weeks. You will be notified of expected shipping date.
We do not provide a pre-paid shipping label for International orders, please return items to address listed on the return form. Please note: Unfortunately we do not refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be received and processed.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your order, in the unlikely event this is not the case you can return your order to us within 7 days of receipt of your goods for an exchange or refund. We aim to process all refunds within 7 days of receipt of goods.
We can only offer exchanges for alternative sizes or colours of the same product and all exchanges are subject to availability on return of goods. Please identify if you would like a return or exchange on the return email.
Please email email@example.com to notify of a return and state the reason as to why you are returning or exchanging the item(s). Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.
Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags and original packaging. Items must not have any marks or smells.
If any items smell of washing powder or perfume or anything else, they will not be refunded.
If you receive a faulty item please contact us so we can arrange for the items to be returned.
