We want you to be fully satisfied with your order, in the unlikely event this is not the case you can return your order to us within 7 days of receipt of your goods for an exchange or refund. We aim to process all refunds within 7 days of receipt of goods.
We can only offer exchanges for alternative sizes or colours of the same product and all exchanges are subject to availability on return of goods. Please identify if you would like a return or exchange on the return email.
Please email nicola@wearthestars.co.uk to claim a returns or exchange address label and state a reason as to why you are returning or exchanging the item(s). Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.
Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags and original packaging.
If your returned item either has been washed, smells of perfume or washing powder, this item will be returned to you and no exchange or refund will be issued.
If you receive a faulty item please contact us so we can arrange for the items to be returned.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (referred to as “you” or “your”) with Wear the stars (“Wear the Stars” “us” or “we”), at www.wearthestars.co.uk (“website”). Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders on the website. By placing an order, you agree and accept these Terms and Conditions. We may modify these Terms and Conditions occasionally, should you not agree with the Terms and Conditions or are unclear with any aspect please contact us on email@wearthestars.co.uk. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.
Product Availability
We make every effort to display accurate stock availability on the website but stock levels are subject to change without notification.
Please note that all orders are subject to availability and stock is not reserved until your order has been confirmed. Items placed in your basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers
Completing an order
Before completing an order you can review your order including total price and shipping charges. Once you submit your order by pressing confirm in checkout you have agreed to pay the total amount due and have agreed to the terms and conditions.
Payment
We accept payment online using MasterCard, VISA, Maestro, Amex and PayPal.
Payment for your order is taken at the time your order is placed. The currency used in British Pounds (GBP).
You are required to provide payment details that are valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided. Wear the Stars reserve the right to cancel orders if they do not meet all or any of the security requirement and to restrict multiple quantities or an item, or of orders being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an online confirmation on your screen once your order has been placed, as well as an email confirmation.
Changes to your placed order
We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible so once your order has been placed we are unable to make changes to your order. If you wish to change a placed order you must contact us as soon as possible at nicola@wearthestars.co.uk or call on (+44) 07815091886
Pricing
All prices are displayed in British pounds (£/GBP). All prices exclude shipping fees which will be added in checkout and will differ based on which country your order is shipped to. You can select shipping country in checkout.
Postage
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are nonrefundable. Should you choose to return your order please return to us (please contact us for a return address).
Delivery
We will dispatch approved orders as quickly as possible but delivery timescales will be dependent on the delivery method chosen in checkout. Delivery times vary depending on country and certain postcodes within the UK. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
If we are unable to dispatch all or part of an order due to stock or other reasons, we will inform you as quickly as possible. In this case, you will be able to cancel the order and a refund for the full order amount, including shipping will be provided to you.
Your right to cancel an order
You have the right to cancel your order in writing within 7 days of delivery of the goods. You will need to return the item(s) by post. Once returned we will refund all items undamaged, unused and with all labels and tags intact.
If returns are damaged, soiled, washed, worn (other than trying the item on) or alternated the products may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
Returns Policy
Personalisation
Once we have embroidered your initials, this garment has your name on it (literally). Therefore, this is a non-refundable and non-exchangeable product.
If you are not entirely happy with your order you can return your item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. We aim to process all refunds within 7 days of receipt of goods.

We can only offer exchanges for alternative sizes or colours of the same product and all exchanges are subject to availability on return of goods. Please identify if you would like a return or exchange on the return note. Any item that has been personalised with your initials CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
It is your responsibility to make sure returned orders reach us so we advise that you obtain a proof of return from the post office.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item please contact us so we can arrange for the items to be returned.

Every effort has been made to accurately display products and colours on the website however colours can display differently due to your computer.

Please be gentle with these items. They are handprinted so require gentle washing.
